I am the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information I submitted for the SANTA LIVE program and agree to allow AT&T Mobility LLC, its affiliates, and respective agents, employees and officers, (the “ATT Entities”) to use and display the contents of my submission, including my child’s first name and city, without further authorization or compensation in connection with the SANTA LIVE event. I release the AT&T Entities from liability resulting from their use or non-use of the submission. By submitting this email, I agree that AT&T may send me automated informational emails related to the SANTA LIVE event, even if I previously requested to be on the Do Not Email list. I understand that after the Santa LIVE event I will continue to be on AT&T’s Do Not Email List.
