Shawn is a CD / Creative Technologist in the Axis Group at Wunderman Thompson. He believes creativity can do more than build brands, it can inspire behavioral change and make the world better, one idea at a time. With over 20 year’s experience working at agencies like Wunderman Thompson, DDB, Curator PR and Brooks Running he’s created campaigns that push technology and media to drive results.

He’s partnered with a wide range of brands including Bacardi, Microsoft, AT&T, Chateau Ste Michelle, Whole Foods Market, Tableau, Nestle, Salesforce, and Brooks Running. Shawn recently led the Effie winning #StopSucking campaign for Lonely Whale Foundation which inspired national change in our consumption of single-use plastics. His non-profit work continued with the launch of the AI powered anti-hate speech platform WeCounterHate – which helped remove +20M impressions of hate on Twitter in partnership with Life After Hate.

The work Shawn has led has been recognized by the industry’s most prestigious award shows, including the Effies, Webbys, SXSW, Addys, Communication Arts, The One Show, D&AD Impact, Shorty Social Good Awards and Fast Company’s Innovation by Design.
